This involves an integrated service for companies and their shareholders, featuring sector analysis conducted through deductive and/or inductive approaches, focusing on target sectors, sub-sectors, specific product groups, or individual products, prior to undertaking greenfield investments. This service also includes the financial feasibility studies of potential investments.

By blending the expertise of its specialized sectoral research and project appraisal teams with its deep-rooted knowledge of industrial investments, the Bank prepares current-state analyses and future projections. These studies provide definitions of the selected sector and product groups, examine the outlook of interconnected sectors, and assess the number of manufacturers within Türkiye and globally, along with their capacities, production volumes, capacity utilization rates, and foreign trade analyses. By incorporating the cost and investment components of a greenfield investment into this in-depth sectoral examination, the Bank guides investors through their decision-making process, culminating in a report that details financial projections and expected outputs.
