Name of Contract: Recruitment of a Part-Time Grant Specialist

Scope of Contract: The Grant Specialist will work under the supervision of the PIU Coordinator and report to the PIU Coordinator to support the activities under the 2nd Component and 3rd Component (3.B, 3.D, and 3.E) of the Formal Employment Creation. The Grant Specialist is responsible for the preparation phase of calls for project proposals, including: (i) assisting in the revision of application and implementation guidelines; (ii) preparing application forms and annexes; (iii) assisting with administrative controls and analyses and reporting on evaluations conducted by independent evaluators; (iv) assisting in the establishment of the monitoring and evaluation mechanism; (v) assisting with communication and visibility activities; and (vi) establishing the Project sub-grant management system within the scope of the 2nd Component and 3rd Component (3.B, 3.D, and 3.E).
