Scope of Contract: Within the scope of the Project, the Financial Management Specialist will be responsible for following up on accounting and regular reporting activities, preparing the documentation required for financial flows, verifying the eligibility of project financing and payments, monitoring fund flows, and creating budgets in accordance with the provisions of the Grant Agreement. The Financial Management Specialist will provide technical support to the responsible personnel in relevant units regarding the preparation of payment documents, execution of payments, and maintenance of records.
