Özlem Cinemre

Graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1988, Ms. CİNEMRE began her professional career in the same year as an Assistant Specialist at QNB Finansbank A.Ş.

She subsequently served as an International Relations Officer from 1989 to 1991, an International Relations Unit Manager from 1991 to 1992, and the Head of the International Relations Group from 1993 to 1997. Between 1997 and 2018, she served as Executive Vice President for International Relations.

During the 2018–2019 period, she served as a Member of the Board of Directors at QNB Finans Leasing, QNB Finans Factoring, and Hemenal Finansman A.Ş.

Ms. Özlem CİNEMRE has been serving as the Executive Vice President responsible for Treasury and Financial Institutions at the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye A.Ş. since June 2019.

Additionally, Ms. CİNEMRE serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for various non-governmental organizations in Türkiye.
